1. Fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice.
2. Cancellations can be accepted up to five weeks before the date of the course, though this will incur an administration fee of £50.00.
3. Cancellations within 5 weeks of the date of the course commencement will incur the full cost of the course. Although if the course is fully booked and we are able to resell your place we will return £300 of your fee.
4. It is the remit of the attendees to provide cancellation insurance.
5. We should be told of any special needs of attendees at the time of booking. These would include (but not exclusively) access requirements and dietary needs.
6. If we cancel the course for any reason the fee will be returned in full.
