A new draft of the statutory Instrument: Pupil Registration Regulations.

Education otherwise engaged in lengthy negotiations with the DfES regarding the proposed changes to this document.

following this a letter has been written by a number of home educators using the HE consult website. this can be read here

The consultation period for the DfES guidence to LEAs has now elapsed and we have made a submission.

Three documents were included in the submission.

Due to time restraints we were unable to share these with the wider home education community however we stuck to the comments made by home educators on my website and the principle of choice and flexibility within the law. I hope that this is acceptable and that people are happy with the documents we have submitted.
