The following questionnaire is anonymous. It is being undertaken simply to establish the viability and usefulness of research into the field of home based education. The Centre for Personalised education is a charity set up to support alternative learning initiatives and was set up by Education Now, publishing cooperative limited. If you can answer all the questions we would be most grateful but please feel free to miss out any questions that you are uncomfortable answering
